Children's Artist-in-Residence program is an inclusive, interactive and therapeutic art activities program to help kids to normalize their hospital experience. Children's Hospital staff believe that art is a natural part of a child's life, serving as a connection point between the mind and body and is an important link in a child's ability to heal on every level.
Regardless of physical limitations, each child that is hospitalized at Children's gets the opportunity to express their feelings, hopes and fears through art. Our Artist-in-Residence works with children in groups or in one-on-one sessions, providing a nurturing and inspirational creative experience to every child.
Thank you for thinking of the patients at Children's Hospital.
