NEONATAL FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM
The Neonatal Follow-Up Program provides services for medically high-risk infants discharged from Bay Area neonatal intensive care nurseries. The program’s multidisciplinary team provides health and developmental assessment, monitoring and intervention, as well as parent education and support.

Referrals are provided by neonatologists from Bay Area neonatal intensive care nurseries.
