The program provides training and technical assistance for community agencies serving vulnerable young children and their families.
The Regional Center of the East Bay Collaborative Program
The program offers home, center, and community-based parent and child services to Alameda County families.
Special Start
Alameda County families of Intensive Care Nursery graduates at highest medical and social risk are eligible for the Every Child Counts Special Start Program, which collaborates with Alameda County Health Care Services, Family Health Care Services of the Alameda County Public Health Department and Children’s Hospital & Research Center Oakland.
