DescriptionFor infants 0-4 months old.
Certified Infant Massage Instructors lead a two-part course to teach parents how to perform infant massage. Instruction is tailored to the individual needs of the infant and their parent(s).
Infant massage supports infant-parent bonding as well as regulation, social-emotional, cognitive and physical development. Massage can improve the overall functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, promotes sleep cycles and improves sensory and body awareness.
Instructional materials and lotion will be provided. Parents should bring a blanket, pillow or yoga mat.

Additional InformationChild care is not provided for siblings so please plan accordingly. If at all possible, please feed your infant 30 minutes prior to class.
