The Pediatric Hematology and Oncology department at Children’s Hospital & Research
Center Oakland offers an excellent package of health, vision, and dental insurance
to our fellows. Additional benefits include a pension plan and disability and long term care insurance.
Fellows also receive 4 weeks of paid vacation each year in addition to one week of paid educational leave.
The following salary scale is in effect as of July 1, 2009:
- 1st year fellows: $57,000
- 2nd year fellows: $60,000
- 3rd year fellows: $63,000
