Please use the crosswalk when crossing the street to and from the hospital. BART and Shuttle Service Children’s offers free shuttle service between the hospital and the MacArthur BART station, Monday-Friday, 5:50 AM in the morning to 12:10 AM in the evening. From the North Via Interstate 80

Take the Mac Arthur freeway I-580 Hayward exit, then take Berkeley/Walnut Creek Highway 24 exit. Take 51st and Martin Luther King exit, bear left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Way and turn right on to 52nd Street. The hospital will be on your immediate right, parking on your left.

From Central Contra Costa County Via Highway 24

Take the Telegraph Avenue exit. Turn left on Telegraph and right on 52nd Street to Children's Hospital. The hospital will be on your left, parking on your right.

From the South Via Interstate 880 (Nimitz Freeway)

Follow the signs for 980 to Berkeley/Walnut Creek Highway 24. Exit at 51st and Martin Luther King, bear left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Way and turn right on to 52nd Street. The hospital will be on your immediate right, parking on your left.

From the South Via Interstate 580

Take Berkeley/Walnut Creek Highway 24 exit, then 51st and Martin Luther King exit. Bear left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Way and turn right on to 52nd Street. The hospital will be on your immediate right, parking on your left.

From San Francisco Via the Bay Bridge

Take the Mac Arthur Freeway I-580 toward Hayward, exit Berkeley/Walnut Creek Highway 24. Take 51st and Martin Luther King exit, bear left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Way and turn right on to 52nd Street. The hospital will be on your immediate eight, parking on your left.

From Oakland International Airport

Follow signs to 880 North. Once on 880 North, follow signs for 980 to Berkeley/Walnut Creek Highway 24. Exit at 51st and Martin Luther King, bear left onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Way and right on 52nd Street. The hospital will be on your immediate right, parking on your left.

From San Francisco International Airport

Follow signs for 101 North. Once on 101 North, follow signs for the Bay Bridge, Interstate 80. Once over the bridge, take Mac arthur Freeway I-580 toward Hayward, exit Berkeley/Walnut Creek highway 24.
