- Residency Program
The Pediatric Residency Program includes 78 residents, and four chief residents, from over 40 different US medical schools. About 130 residents from nearby university programs rotate through Children's each year in Surgery, Orthopedics, Dentistry, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine and Family Practice.
- Pediatric Subspecialty Fellowship Programs
Our fully accredited pediatric fellowships offer outstanding post-graduate training in the following subspecialties:
- Medical Student Program
Each year, Children's Hospital Oakland provides training in pediatrics to about 100 medical students from medical schools throughout the United States.
